Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad (BPMB) is a development financial institution (DFI) owned by the Malaysian Government through the Minister of Finance Inc. The Bank is mandated to provide medium to long term financing to capital-intensive industry, which include infrastructure projects, maritime and high technology sectors.

As part of our initiative to increase employability of our graduates. BPMB and the Government of Malaysia are pleased to invite all Malaysians who fit the requirements below to join our Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia - Bank Pembangunan Graduate Development Program (SL1M - BPGDP).

SL1M - BANK PEMBANGUNAN GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Successful candidate will undergo an eight-months program, inclusive of two months soft-skills development and six months On the Job Training at various departments and subsidiary companies of BPMB. The program is to familiarise the fresh graduates with the working environment and at the same time, to develop their leadership and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
	Bachelor Degree in the following disciplines: Business Administration / Banking / Management / Commerce / Accounting / Economics / Finance or any other related disciplines
	CGPA 2.5 or above
	Has been unemployed/underemployed for at least 6 months from graduation date
